Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Becky, a new mom to a sweet baby girl named Amelia, who just turned ten weeks old. Nurtured and Natural is a little space I created to document life as I navigate this brand-new chapter of motherhood while staying rooted in the things that ground me — clean living, mindful choices, and nourishing food.

Motherhood so far has been a whirlwind — full of deep love, sleep deprivation, and more learning than I ever imagined. As I adjust to these new rhythms, I’ve been leaning into simplicity: using clean, gentle products for Amelia, prepping wholesome meals when I have the energy, and doing my best to stay present.

Whether you’re also a new mom, someone exploring natural living, or just here for clean ingredient recipes and baby product recs — welcome. I hope this blog feels like a comforting, honest, and inspiring place to land.

Life With Amelia: 10 Weeks In

These early weeks have been raw and beautiful — full of firsts, quiet snuggles, and long nights that somehow feel like a blur and a lifetime all at once. Amelia is already teaching me so much about slowing down and finding joy in small moments: a coo, a smile, a few extra minutes of sleep.

In the chaos, I’ve found huge comfort in a few trustworthy baby products that help make our days smoother. Here are some we’ve been loving:

What We’ve Been Eating (a.k.a. How I’m Staying Fed)

Cooking has become a creative act of survival lately — anything I can make with one hand while wearing a baby is a win in my book. I’m focusing on clean, simple meals that I can prep ahead and reheat easily.

🍽️ Two Meal Prep Wins I’m Loving:

    • Ground Turkey & Zucchini Enchiladas
I made a batch of these zucchini and turkey enchiladas and froze half for later. They’re full of protein and flavor, and I love that they sneak in some veggies, too.
    • Protein Bagels
These 5-ingredient protein bagels have been a lifesaver for quick breakfasts. I top them with avocado, cream cheese, or butter depending on the day (and my level of sleep deprivation).
